Position Overview
Sax LLP is currently looking for a Senior Associate to expand our Valuation, Forensic, and Litigation department by bringing on an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate to help guide our clients in their financial decisions. Ideally this candidate will have experience in some of our core VFL divisions, including business valuation, matrimonial cases, economic damage analysis, and forensic accounting and fraud.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble and carry out work plans for investigations and engagements within Sax’s core VFL areas
- Analyze financial statements, damage models, and other financial related documents
- Aid in the preparation and review of valuation reports
- Perform online database research and collect supporting documentation
- Review and analyze archival data
- Perform analysis of accounting and financial affairs in relation to forensic investigations while identifying inconsistencies in the data and communicating findings to the team
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in forensic accounting, litigation, valuation, or an accounting related field
- Valuation credentials, or pursuit of credentials a plus (ASA/AM, CPA/ABV, CVA, AVA, CFA)
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
- Experience working with large data sets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and balance multiple cases at once

- $115,000 - $90,000/year
