Summary

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting firm leadership by managing schedules, coordinating high-level administrative duties, and ensuring the efficient operation of executive and firm-wide initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential matters, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required). 
  • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience (required). 
  • Prior legal experience, particularly in personal injury law (preferred). 
  • Experience with legal terminology and case management tools (preferred). 
What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and email management. 
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal communications. 
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. 
  • Assist with managing project timelines, tracking tasks, and following up on deliverables. 
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and internal staff on behalf of the executive team. 
  • Support event planning, executive initiatives, and day-to-day operational tasks. 
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and manage follow-up action items. 
  • Conduct legal or administrative research when needed. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by firm leadership. 
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds if necessary.
